Submission Guidelines

1.) Your fiction must be completed. Fictions that are WIP should be posted at The Forum on the appropriate board.

2.) Sinful welcomes all pairings except C/A and C/Aus and B/S as a romantic couple. That means that you can have them screwing each other in a story but they cannot be the primary romantic couple within that story. There can be no lovey-dovey-ness, no soul mate nonsense, and none of that keyruption crap between them, unless of course it’s a really, really, really bad dream or a spell gone wrong that ultimately gets fixed. In the case of B/S it can follow the show storyline as long as B/S does not end up as the couple in the end.

3.) Sinful accepts stories with a rating of NC-17 or R only.

3.) Story Formatting:

- Word doc

- Georgia font, 11 pt.

- Spacing: 1.5

- Stories with more than one part/chapter should be on one document. Do not submit 10 separate chapters – one document only please.

(This will make adding your story to the archive and updating the site easier and less time consuming, which is a huge help for me ultimately resulting in the site being frequently updated as opposed to say…never *g*.)

Story templates can be found on the navigation under the Submit to the Archive link. Just ‘save as’ and fill in the information.

4.) Header information should include the following:

- Title

- Author

- Email address

- Pairing

- Rating

- Reader Warnings should be included if your story has a rape scene in it, BDSM, character deaths, drug usage, or extreme violence/torture.

Please note while we are an extremely open minded adult archive, Sinful does not want stories that have child pornography in it or sex scenes involving a minor, animals, dead people – and not the walking dead kind – or brutal rape scenes where the female character is completely degraded and violated in disgusting unsavory ways – this includes gang rape. This can be alluded to but specific details are not wanted. If you are not sure whether or not your story falls into this category then please email me.

- Genre (i.e. A/R, A.U, SF, Poem, PWP)

- Status (i.e. how many chapters/parts does your story have? Or is it a stand-alone.)

- Summary (this should be a brief but informative telling of what your story is about)

- Optional: special thanks or author notes

5.) If this is your first time submitting to the Archive, please consider including a note about why you like to write. This will be included in our ‘Meet The Author’ section.

6.) Please email your story according to the guidelines above, and in the subject line include which archive your story should be placed in i.e.

- Buffy & Angel Archive

- Buffy & Angelus Archive

- Other Conventional Archive

(verse couples i.e.: Fred/Wesley, Oz/Willow, Giles/Jenny, Cordelia/Xander)

- Un-Conventional Archive

(a couple that Joss didn’t give us i.e. Spaith, Angel/Fred, Buffy/Xander etc.)

- Fem Slash (self explanatory)

- Male Slash (self explanatory)

- Three or More (self explanatory)

(Note: stories that have both B/A and includes B/Aus can be submitted to both the B/A and the B/Aus archive, this is your option.)
