I've been writing fan fiction for about four years now, mostly revolving around the Buffy/Angel relationship (and mostly in the human world because I think I've spent too much time with demons and vampires unless it's pointless smut). I've been venturing into other fandom’s, some of which are Spike/Angel, Buffy/Faith, Spike/Angel/Buffy and Buffy/Giles (which is still being thought on).

I first started watching Buffy around the beginning of the 4th season and it immediately sucked me in, as did Angel. After a while, I began to realize that I had better ideas, and could write them, then the shows and that was the birth of Bre fic. It started out small with challenges here and there before turning into a full-blown fanfic session. To this day, I have around forty fics posted and hundreds more on my computer that I've worked on over the years.

What inspires a writer to write? For me, it's the idea of escaping reality and going somewhere where anything is possible. Anything. Seriously. Have you read the stories out there? It's outrageous, yet fun because it's possible in the BtVS/AtS world. Also, a lot of my writing comes from what I'm feeling. Like most, my life is not easy and that reflects in my work. Also, some of it is my wish for what I want to do, or what quite literally fascinates me. (Which I've noticed has a lot to do with children, whether the character is pregnant or has them...)

Writing in the Buffy/Angel fandom has saved me in so many ways. It's the place I go when I can't handle something at that moment. And, later, when I look at the problem, it doesn't seem that big a deal. It's interesting because I usually find all the fan fictions that relate to what I'm going through. I've always found a fan fiction that has Buffy going through what I'm going through, or took the other road, which makes me realize what could have happened, or makes me see the different viewpoints. And if that made sense, I don't know.

I'm a student in Colorado who has three dogs at her parents' house. I'm currently single and loving it! No boyfriends for Bre unless you count my slight obsession with my beau-to-be (he he, Liz).

I started writing in grade school. I wrote short stories to both keep myself occupied and to find a place for the many thoughts and scenarios that ran through my brain.

This has continued into the Buffy verse when I would watch an episode and wonder 'what if'? At times it's been merely to 'fix' something, as I would have liked to see it.

One thing I have always loved about both the series is the many different ways we can all interpret just what Joss and the other writers meant by the many nuances hidden in their storylines.

So much has been left unsaid, unattended or just flatly ignored thereby giving those of us more fodder for our brains.

Hmm, why I write...that's a hard one. Okay, not really. I write because this is probably the only fandom where I found the couple to be so interesting, so intriguing, and so very passionate, that I HAD to write about them. It was also one of the few shows I watched.

So I write Buffy/Angel and Buffy/Angelus because of the dichotomy between the soul and demon, and Buffy's very different feelings for both.

What I get out of writing, are some truly twisted stories that I know I wrote to the best of my twisted mind. It's a nice sense of satisfaction.

I started out writing Birds of Prey slash fic with the pairing of Helena/Dinah which went on to include, in my opinion, a unique pairing of Helena/Dinah/Huntress. Then I started writing Buffy the Vampire Slayer slash fic with the pairing of Faith and Buffy. Also writing a Bop/Btvs crossover called Prey for a Slayer with the pairing of Faith/Huntress.

I started writing as a challenge then I discovered I liked it. Reviews and Awards make it special.

I've been a Buffy and Angel shipper from the very beginning but it's only recently that I've gotten involved with the fandom online and started writing fanfic for the couple.

'Vampires Revenge' is my first B/A fic but it won't be my last. The first fandom I really got involved with online was Roswell and I'm a huge Michael/Maria shipper and have been writing fanfic for them since 2002. 

I've recently gotten into One Tree Hill and now also write fanfic for Nathan and Haley.

Gileswench has been writing fic since August of 2000, when she ran out of new B/G fic to read and decided to see if she could provide some herself.

I am 30...and still hot (that's the mantra you chant by the way cuz you need to believe it), mom of 1 wonderful 11 year old boy, I work in the financial industry as a manager, so you can see why I would need to write. Blech numbers can be soooo boring! I have a wonderful hubby, who is attempting to teach me to speak Portuguese. LOL! I can tell someone off REAL good but that's about it. Currently reside in Edmonton, AB Canada. Beautiful place.

Rabid B/A shipper since I first started watching mid season one! Slow at writing...hee hee. Just started doing it again, but will do my best to please. Riley is evil and must die repeatedly in my world.

I've been writing fanfic since 1997...back then it was for the show: Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman. ;)

In June 2002, I got sucked into the world of BtVS and have happily been living there ever since.

Most of my Buffy fanfic is of the Giles/Buffy pairing, but yes, I have some Angel/Buffy pairing fanfic too. :)

Um, let's see...oh yeah, I read fanfic of every pairing just about...even slash. BUT my fav canon pairing is: Buffy/Angel. :)
